Quartz
First Light Technologies, Inc.’s germicidal lamps and quartz sleeves are manufactured using the highest grade "hard glass" pure fused quartz available. This material allows the highest UV output available and should not be confused with lesser purity "soft glass" type lamps and quartz.
Quartz sleeves are available with a domed-end or open-end finish. Below is a listing of the standard quartz sleeve dimensions (mm) available (OD=Outside Diameter, ID= Inside Diameter):
